We introduced the Bermar preservation system in order to help us grow our wine sales and minimise our wastage, it absolutely makes financial sense but more importantly for me as a manager it gives me the peace of mind that all our wines by the glass are served in perfect condition and tasting as well as they could possibly taste. This system and reassurance means that we have expanded our range of wines by the glass and we’re able to push for more exotic and interesting wines which means that our clientele keep coming back to us and our list doesn’t get stale. We currently sit 4.5% above our sister bars for wine sales and way ahead of our target sales for wine. The minimisation of wastage is a huge factor in me being able to expand our BTG range, I’ve yet to have any wine go out of condition while it’s been open and that alone is a game changer. I would absolutely recommend Bermar to everyone because financially it’s a no-brainer but it’s enabled me personally to grow my business in the exact way I wanted to.
